Introducing… you

September 15, 2008

Since the blog has grown, I think it’s time for (re)introductions all around.  In case anyone has been hesitant to comment because you’re not a Bridge-member, this is for you.  We’ll play the Questions Game:

So here’s the deal. Answer the question above your comment and then you get to leave the next question. If you’re a “lurker” who doesn’t normally comment, then this is your chance. Go ahead…jump in and feel free to play as many times as you want!

I don’t know about “sweet”, but just having them at The Bridge is “sweeeet”! I am amazed at Josh and how he intentionally connects with people. He truly cares for people and wants to get to know them beyond the “Sunday” time-frame.

    Susan – I think Zaxby’s has Chic-fil-A beat!!

Question – What work would you do if you were assured that your income would be sufficient?

When the leaves fall from the trees we can see a beautiful little white church below our BLUFF…it reminds me of the CHURCH IN THE VALLEY BY THE WILDWOOD – (If anybody is old enough to remember that song)

OK – now that you’ve all gotten a good laugh because I didn’t understand the concept of “the next question” and answered the first question, I’m going to take my ball and go home!

I did get a good laugh, Sue, which makes you my favorite “commenter” yet!

I’d go to Israel if Jana didn’t find out about our situation, in which case we’d be going to her beloved Italy.

    Next question:

Would you rather have a hairy tongue or sweat mayonnaise?

Hairy tongue, easy. Sweating Mayonnaise is hard to fix or control, but I could totally shave my tongue.

    Next Question:

If Jimmy Cracks corn and no one cares, then why is there a song about him?

Sounds like something that would be written on a t-shirt… and the answer is…. because people DO care… it’s all a lie Jimmy told when he was feeling sorry for himself.

    Next question:

How many people do you think laughed OUT LOUD when they read Sue Slack’s superhero name? (thanks Sue, I needed that!)

Ha 🙂 I don’t think that was her superhero name. 🙂

Which is more likely to swim the Atlantic ocean? A monkey with a giant spider on it’s back or a monkey with one arm?
