Text-Messaging Feature

March 2, 2009

During the Death By Love series we’re trying something new.  After each week’s sermon you may text message any questions you have to the number 95495.

All questions are submitted anonymously (we won’t know the name or phone number of the person submitting the question) and starting next week I’ll post video responses to some questions about the sermon on this blog.

To submit a question, text the word “Bridge” followed by your question to the 95495. As always, standard text messaging rates apply.  For any non-texters out there, submit your questions by email to bridge.vision@gmail.com.

I guess for those of us who aren’t in the 21st century and don’t text that we’ll forever have our questions unanswered……..

But wait, there’s more! For non-texters, an email can be sent to bridge.vision@gmail.com

You have not been forgotten! We’ve got you, Sue.

is this feature available for all carriers? I know when you text to google, it’s free, but how are charges assessed in this case?

great great idea! so hip! =)

@Shelley – yes, it will work with any carrier. You’ll be charged whatever you’d be charged for any other text message.

PS – thanks! I’ve always wanted to be hip!

Wonder if I’ll be able to figure THIS one out… maybe before Jesus returns!
No… doesn’t sound too hard, even for us “technologically challenged”, “wish things were just simple like they used to be” type people. Wish me luck!
